Educational and non-theatrical copies of select First Run Features titles are now available directly for purchase from First Run for use by libraries, colleges, K-12 schools, media centers, and other non-profit educational organizations. The purchase of these titles includes non-theatrical Public Performance Rights.

Educational streaming licenses are available for a number of the films listed here. Please email or call for additional information.
Non-theatrical Public Performance Rights allow the purchaser to screen the film for groups of 50 or less. These rights are guaranteed in perpetuity for the life of the copy. No admission can be charged and screenings may not be open to the public.
Please contact First Run Features at 1.800.229.8575 or firstname.lastname@example.org to rent a film to host a screening if any of the following conditions apply:
a) a screening to an audience greater than 50
b) a screening that is open to the general public
c) a screening where an admission fee is a factor
Please note: Per copyright law, a DVD purchased through our home video department or any other consumer retail site does NOT include Public Performance or Educational Rights and cannot be used for screenings, and neither a home video or non-theatrical/educational DVD may be copied.
Purchase & Payment
An educational institution may purchase any of the titles below with Non-Theatrical Public Performance rights by faxing the order form to us at 212.989.7649 or by submitting the order form via email to email@example.com.
A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to purchaser within one week of the receipt of the order. Payment by check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) or the receipt of a purchase order is required before shipment. Therefore, we ask that you complete your purchase at least two weeks before the intended date of use.

Orders will be shipped within three days of receipt of payment or purchase order, via UPS Ground for $7 in the U.S. and $20 to Canada ($1/per each addl. DVD). For rush, express, or international shipping please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212 243 0600 ext. 19.
Photo stills and press kits are downloadable from our website at: www.firstrunfeatures.com/press.html. Preview copies of each title are available for consideration for $10 (including shipping). Preview DVD screeners must be returned to our offices within two weeks after receipt or else will be regarded as a sale.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Requests for refunds and exchanges must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt. DVDs that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost, provided the defective material is returned promptly. First Run Features must be notified of any cancellations at least two weeks prior to date of use—shipping fees will not be refunded if materials have already been shipped.
